THVigor Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and THVigor covering the games, mobile apps, and websites we publish (the “Services”). By installing, accessing, or using a Service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

If a person who is under the legal age in their country uses a Service, a parent or guardian must accept these terms and is responsible for that use.

We may change these terms from time to time. The current version is posted at vigor.tohsoft.com/terms-of-service. If you keep using the Services after a change is posted, you accept the updated terms.

2. License to use the Services

THVigor grants you a personal, limited, revocable license to install and use the Services for private entertainment only. This is a license, not a sale. All rights that we do not expressly grant to you stay with THVigor or our licensors.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit the Services, and you may not run an unauthorized server, emulator, or modified client, unless we give written permission or applicable law allows it.

You must also follow the terms of the app store or platform from which you obtained the game.

3. Virtual items and in-app purchases

Some games include advertising and optional in-app purchases such as virtual currency, characters, skins, boosts, or other digital content. Those items exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, are not real money, and cannot be sold or exchanged for money outside the game.

You do not own virtual items. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them in the relevant game. We may change, reset, or remove virtual items at any time.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another store, not by THVigor. Prices, availability, payment, and refunds follow that store’s rules and applicable law. Except where the store or the law requires a refund, purchases are final.

4. Accounts and progress

If a Service lets you create or sign in to an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on that account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is unused for a long time, or is used in a way that harms the Services or other players. If an account is closed, related progress, scores, and virtual items may be lost. We are not required to restore that data or pay a refund except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • cheat, hack, use bots, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
  • interfere with security features, servers, or other players;
  • collect data from the Services or avoid fees or limits;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive;
  • impersonate another person or share someone else’s personal information without consent;
  • use the Services for any illegal purpose.

You must comply with the laws that apply where you use the Services. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and data charges.

6. Feedback and fan content

If you send us feedback, images, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it. You give THVigor a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material to operate and promote the Services. We may remove material that breaks these terms or the law.

You may create non-commercial fan art or gameplay videos. You must not present them as official THVigor products, use our logos as your own brand, or extract game files for use in another product.

7. Intellectual property

The games, software, artwork, audio, names, logos, and other materials in the Services belong to THVigor or our licensors. Third-party or open-source components are provided under their own licenses.

8. Availability, ads, and updates

The Services are provided as they currently exist. We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or unchanged. We may add, change, or stop features, including advertising, and we may require you to install updates to keep playing.

Third-party ads and linked sites are not controlled by THVigor. Review those parties’ terms and privacy policies before using them.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, THVigor is not liable for lost data, lost progress, lost virtual items, downtime, or losses caused by other users, app stores, advertisers, or your device or network.

Where the law does not allow us to exclude a guarantee, our responsibility is limited to supplying the Service again or refunding the amount you actually paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim, unless the law requires more.

Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be limited under Vietnamese consumer law.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Services means you also accept that policy.

11. General

We may transfer our rights or obligations under these terms to another party. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we may still enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Hanoi, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disaster, war, or widespread network failure.
